YES Medical Billing & Scheduling was created with much effort, thought and technology; making it among the most powerful, and easiest to use in the industry.

Reduced keystrokes/clicks make entries quick and easy. With the use of the YES Quick Bill feature, create a list of the most commonly used services individually or grouped and simply click on your selection. The program reminds users of required entries such as master numbers, admit dates or diagnostic codes, for those that require them.

For those that bill the same service for a list of patients, such as nursing home, or diagnostic testing, YES Medical Billing and Scheduling program allows you to create a list where all patients are billed with the same service code. Bill a days worth of patients in seconds!

Reconciliation is just as efficient. Upon downloading and processing the R.A or Claims Error Reports, the YES Medical Billing and Scheduling application allows you to print or view claims on your screen.

Our application comes with a colour coded electronic scheduler. A quick view of the scheduler identifies follow-ups, physicals, consultations or any other type of appointment. You can view the day, week or month quickly and easily. View the day, and you will see real-time status of the patients, identifying their status such as Waiting, No Show, Cancelled, or Completed. At the end of the day, use your Day Sheet Scheduler module, if applicable, to create a list for OHIP Billing.
